This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data that the candidate provides when submitting his application, and to subsequent information provided in that context. Hire & Trust is responsible for the treatment of this information and personal data.

 

The candidate, when submitting his resume via email or website www.hire-trust.net , consents in a free, specific, informed and explicit way in the treatment of personal data for the purposes of recruitment and selection of human resources.

 

Hire & Trust does not process special categories of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), namely data relating to the candidate's health, his philosophical beliefs or politics, party or union affiliation, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin.
